Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 components.
- Ability to consult clients on Dynamics platform capabilities.
- Significant experience designing solutions using Dynamics CE/CRM.
- Experience leading project teams in collaboration with clients.
- Familiarity with Data Governance and Information Protection principles.
- Experience implementing solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Awareness of UX and UI design concepts.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design D365 solutions, including Dynamics CE/CRM.
- Maintain current knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM developments.
- Conduct client consultancy and workshops for requirement capturing.
- Provide consultancy for migrations to D365.
- Deliver training and support workshops for clients.
- Mentor and train team members.
