WeFlex is driving the electric vehicle revolution. Our mission is to make EVs accessible, starting with the ride-hailing market (e.g., Uber and Bolt). We provide financing for electric vehicles—from affordable MGs to luxury Teslas - along with associated services like EV retail, insurance, and charging solutions.
As one of the Sunday Times Growth 100 fastest-growing UK businesses, we manage a fleet of over 2,500 electric vehicles and are rapidly expanding. WeFlex is a dynamic team of 50+ individuals united by our shared values: kindness, transparency, honesty, and collaboration.
As our Damage Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the vehicle inspection process for vehicles being returned to our premises by customers at the end of their contract. You'll also be responsible for managing any bodywork repairs and rectification work.
The role will involve greeting returning customers, inspecting their vehicle and highlighting any rectification work required.
Reporting into our Fleet Technical Services manager, you will be responsible for allocating work into our repair network for completion and raising orders for all approved work and estimates.
The role will also involve quality checking vehicles returned from suppliers to ensure allocated work has been completed to standard.
WeFlex is focused on delivering exceptional customer service, so you will need to bring this same focus and commitment within all your interactions with our customers.
As part of the wider Fleet Technical Team, the role will assist the Fleet Technical Services Manager and Service Coordinator with other administrative duties relating to the maintenance and repair of the fleet.
