This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of how Uber Grocery shows up for consumers.
Own local content & curation: Drive how grocery shows up in your market - build collections, optimize storefronts and landing pages, guide aisle management, and decide what goes live.
Run high-impact campaigns: Lead end-to-end merchandising for key campaigns. Manage your category calendar and ensure initiatives align with seasonal moments, customer needs, and product strategy.
Tell the customer story: Combine performance data, consumer feedback, industry trends, and seasonality to shape and communicate the customer journey. Use that story to influence strategy and guide merchandising decisions.
Drive category performance: Manage assortment and tailor the range based on insights and demand. Partner with teams across the business to evolve the catalog and drive commercial impact.
Optimize with data: Use insights to refine merchandising strategy, campaign design, and platform health. Track performance, extract actionable insights, and make recommendations to improve conversion, engagement, and ROI.

5+ years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or category management - bonus if in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
Bachelors Degree, MBA a plus.
Strong analytical rigour - you know how to turn data into decisions and insights into action.
Experience leading end-to-end campaigns and managing merchandising calendars.
