The Opportunity

Do you have proven experience in graphic design and content creation?

We are looking for a Designer with a background in motion design, content creation and a strong interest in video editing to join our award-winning design department.

You'll be joining a collaborative environment where you'll connect with multidisciplinary designers, art directors, photographers, videographers, video editors, animators, 3D designers, illustrators, and graphic designers from across various teams. This creative network is passionate about impactful storytelling and social innovation, offering ample opportunities for shared learning and professional development.

You'll bring experience in editing branded content for online and social platforms, along with the ability to manage post-production workflows, and you'll be expected to deliver high quality edits using Adobe Premiere.

What You'll Have Delivered Elsewhere

• Extensive knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of the design process and its practical implementation
• Created and edited compelling social video content using Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Produced engaging, visually impactful content tailored for a variety of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Snapchat, X, YouTube and others, ensuring high engagement and alignment with platform-specific best practices
• Efficiently managed multiple client projects within a single working day, consistently meeting expectations and deadlines with minimal to no delays
• Proactively introduced and applied new technologies and innovative design trends to develop cutting-edge content that is embraced and utilised in client work
• Consistently balanced strong creative solutions with meeting deadlines, ensuring all work was delivered on time and within budget.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• A thorough understanding of all major social media platforms, with a commitment to staying up to date on changes, rules, and limitations to ensure compliance and optimise content performance
• A strong sense of accountability for your own results and deliverables
• A solutions focused mindset, with the confidence to articulate and implement effective ideas
• Experience in reducing the need for client or stakeholder escalation by proactively addressing potential issues
• A proven track record of strategic design thinking, with the ability to develop innovative visual content strategies that drive both platform performance and audience growth
• Exceptional design skills, with experience in creating engaging visuals across various social media formats, including both short-form (e.g. graphics) and long-form content (e.g. visual storytelling, presentations)
• Some experience contributing to new business pitches
• Experience in visually conveying a clearly defined tone of voice
• An appreciation of business processes and a flexible approach, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and ways of working
