About the Job:
This is a key Finance Business Partnering role focused on a specific UK region. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across sites, providing transparent and insightful analysis to drive performance and mitigate financial risk. Reporting directly to the UK Finance Director, you'll play a central role in financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic support.

Duties will include:

• Delivering monthly financial performance analysis at both site and regional level
• Providing clear commentary and challenge on variances to budget and prior year
• Preparing senior management reports including scenario planning and benchmarking
• Supporting monthly business meetings with regional and site leadership
• Leading on cross-regional financial initiatives such as revenue analysis and capex tracking
• Coordinating local budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborating with shared services finance to finalise month-end results
• Driving improvements in business intelligence and reporting tools across the UK

About the Successful Applicant:
You will be a qualified accountant with strong commercial awareness and proven experience in a similar business-facing finance role. You’ll bring advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders. A proactive mindset, combined with analytical depth and the ability to drive change, is essential.
