In our continuous journey of growth and innovation at Carnival UK, we are seeking a Finance Partnering Senior Analyst to bring fresh insights and expertise to our finance department.

Role Overview

This role is part of the Finance Business Partnering team, overseeing the planning, forecasting and performance analysis for a business function within Carnival UK. The key requirements are to supply reliable, timely and accurate analysis of our financials to finance business partners and the wider business functions. You will be required to review financial results & support understanding of performance drivers and variances, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and manage risk.

This pivotal role will involve:

  • Business partnering with curiosity, commerciality and integrity.
  • Support other areas of the business performance agenda as required including Strategic Plans, Operating Plans and Supplier contract agreement processes.
  • Review financial results and support understanding of performance drivers and variances, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance and manage risk.
  • Recommend improvements to functionality and capability of financial reporting systems to increase efficiency and analytical capabilities.

What you’ll Bring
