SUMMARY
The People Business Partner (PBP) serves as a strategic advisor, driving people and organizational strategies that enable business success. Acting as a trusted coach and partner to leaders, the PBP delivers high-impact people solutions that align with critical business priorities. This role collaborates closely with People Operations, department leaders, and employees to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The PBP plays a key role in shaping a high-performance culture, proactively addressing employee relations, and driving initiatives that support both talent and business growth.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to GTM leaders, providing data-driven insights and innovative solutions to complex people challenges.
- Leverages AI and analytics to assess workforce trends, identify opportunities, and drive evidence-based decision-making that enhances business performance.
- Shapes and executes organizational effectiveness strategies, aligning people programs with the company’s dynamic operating model and growth objectives.
- Designs and delivers targeted talent initiatives, ensuring GTM teams are equipped to attract, develop, and retain top talent in competitive markets.
- Navigates complex employee relations matters, proactively mitigating risk and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusion.
- Strengthens performance management frameworks, equipping leaders with tools and insights to drive continuous feedback, career development, and high performance.
- Monitors workforce sentiment through multiple feedback channels, providing actionable recommendations to sustain a highly engaged and motivated team.
- Collaborates with the global People operations team to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, and total rewards strategies.
- Works closely with Finance and GTM leadership to align people investments with business priorities, ensuring ROI-driven workforce planning.
- Upholds the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and ethical decision-making while managing sensitive business and people matters.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a strategic HR partner, supporting global sales leaders in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with commercial objectives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Deep expertise in U.S. and EMEA employment laws, with a demonstrated ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional HR complexities.
- Extensive experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives, driving business impact through people strategies.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience (6+ years) will be considered in place of a degree.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, business partner, or advisory role, preferably in a global GTM or sales organization.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience working in fast-growing, evolving organizations, with a track record of successfully managing change.
- Experience supporting a distributed, multinational workforce across multiple countries or regions.
- Proven ability to apply behavioural science and design thinking principles to develop impactful people programs and processes.

- Deep understanding of global HR principles and employment laws, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in complex, matrixed environments.
- Excellent communicator, skilled at articulating ideas, coaching leaders, and fostering collaboration across functions and regions.
- Thrives in change and ambiguity, demonstrating agility in adapting to shifting business priorities and evolving workforce needs.
