Are you a Midweight Creative / Manager with TTL experience built within the most respected creative agencies? Joining this fast-growing creative agency, you’ll be working on some truly exciting projects. This independent, creative agency is fun, down to earth, and loves creative work.
We’re looking for a Midweight Creative / Manager to help manage the creative ideation, strategy, and execution for creative campaigns. It’s an opportunity that requires excellent creative skills and an in-depth understanding of the creative process from end to end, whilst also demonstrating commercial awareness.
We’re looking for a confident person who can create a compelling narrative and articulate a creative proposition, someone who is happy working solo and as part of a wider team. If you’re a self-starter who can develop campaign concepts and deliver assets with confidence and consistency, this is the role for you!
Specialise in big ideas that come to life in integrated campaigns. You’ll work with the creative team to maintain top-quality output on commercial ideas. You’ll understand how to assist craft specialists including Art Directors and Designers to deliver projects against your creative vision.
This Midweight Creative / Manager will challenge briefs and strategies where necessary. You’ll have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, understand how budgets work, the scope of work, and realistic deliverables.
