A large healthcare organization is seeking a Clinical Research Fellow to work in the Early Phase Cancer Trials Unit in Oxford. This is a 1-year fixed-term position focused on managing haematology patients and developing clinical trials. Candidates should have an MB ChB or equivalent, MRCP, and at least three years of core medical training. The position involves inpatient and outpatient care, research project development, and preparing results for publication. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Applications are invited to apply for this exciting opportunity to work within a large, dynamic trials unit looking after haemato‑oncology patients. It is a 1‑year fixed‑term post on the Early Phase Cancer Trials Unit (EPCTU) in the Department of Oncology and Haematology.
The postholder will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of patients with haematological malignancy (focus on myeloid) on the EPCTU and take part in the clinical and academic myeloid service. There will be an opportunity to develop research projects in clinical trials and translational science, and training will focus on the design, setting up and execution of clinical research.
The post is available from May 2026.
