Our client is a highly reputable letting agency dedicated to providing top-notch services to our clients. They are looking for a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Manager to join the team and oversee the accounts payable function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payment runs, and reconciliations.
2. Manage any rental arrears and rental guarantee insurance claims.
3. Manage separate deposit accounts and ensure they balance with TDS, a third-party deposit protection scheme.
4. Reconcile contractor payments for property repairs, maintenance, and services.
5. Liaise with property managers to verify invoice approvals and ensure expenses align with property budgets.
6. Track and process landlord payments where applicable, ensuring transparency and accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
