The role is ideal for someone looking for school-hour working patterns and wanting to be part of a hardworking, supportive team where everyone rolls their sleeves up and gets stuck in.

• Processing supplier invoices and matching to goods received notes and purchase orders.
• Raising sales invoices and monitoring outstanding payments.
• Supporting monthly payment runs and managing associated paperwork.
• Supporting the Financial Controller with reconciliations and ad hoc finance admin.
• Assisting with general office and production-related admin as needed.
• Processing sales orders.
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of a small but busy finance team.

• Prior experience in a transactional finance or accounts admin role.
• Confident with Excel (basic formulas essential; VLOOKUPs/pivots a bonus).
• Strong attention to detail and a discreet, professional approach.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a small, collaborative team.
• Ideally available for hours per week, spread across 5 shorter working days (not essential).

• Part-time hours ideally suited to school-run schedules (e.g. 9am 2/3pm).
• Free on-site parking.
• Opportunity to expand role scope over time if desired.

• Based in a unique location just outside Chichester; own transport required.
