Job Title – Finance Coordinator

Job Location – Tilbury

Salary – £20-24k

One of our largest logistic clients has the great opportunity for a Finance Coordinator to join their team. They have offices grouped in 5 regions including Europe, Africa and the Middle East, working with management suppliers for the operation and interconnections of ocean and air freight platforms. Our hugely successful client has invested in a wealth of training available to employees to encourage professional development within the company.

As Finance Coordinator, you will control the export payments on behalf of major clients in the chemical industry. You will be responsible for managing the full payment process for the plants under your control.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistent communication with Finance colleagues to ensure achievements and improvements are met
  • Proactive participation within the department
  • Ensure completion of invoicing
  • Assist the documentation department when necessary
  • Manage Freight Cost Summary Statement
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Accurate keyboard skills and attention to detail
  • A good eye for numbers
