Finance Assistant | 5 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Hybrid - Central Belt Scotland | Starting ASAP
Day Rate: DOE
Main Duties:
- Dealing with mailbox queries related to the recent billing run which issued over 10,000 invoices.
- Handling rejected invoices.
- Calculating payment plans.
- Updating customer information.
- Investigating undelivered emails.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a credit control environment.
- Excel skills and experience with finance systems.
- Attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Willingness to learn and be flexible within the role.
- Strong communication skills both internally and with customers.
- Experience in a busy finance department, working to deadlines and prioritizing work.
