Are you a passionate and supportive General Manager within the Contract Catering who has a passion for providing a 5* service to all your clients, whilst also increasing sales and looking after the bottom line? If so, then I want to hear from you.
I am currently recruiting an experienced General Manager for a contract in North West London. This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of both Retail and Hospitality Services, with an annual turnover in the region of £2m.
The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/experience:
- Experience in a senior management role within the Contract Catering sector
- Strong knowledge of both retail and hospitality operations
- Standards driven, placing a strong focus on the quality of food and service
- Managed a contract with a combined turnover in the region of £1.5m+
