C&N Recruitment is working with an award-winning family-run restaurant based in Harpenden, recruiting for a Restaurant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Organising shifts and rotas.
- Lead by example.
- Work with drink suppliers.
- Wine knowledge.
- Recruiting and training staff.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
- Able to work evenings and weekends.
For this role, you must have a passion for excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role where you will not only be managing but also serving.
