Responsibilities:

1. Organising shifts and rotas.
2. Lead by example.
3. Work with drink suppliers.
4. Wine knowledge.
5. Recruiting and training staff.
6. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
7. Able to work evenings and weekends.

For this role, you must have a passion for excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role where you will not only be managing but also serving.
