Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to lead our Ad-sales team, helping connect brands and partners to our in-app ad-tech platform.
You will take ownership of our digital advertising platform’s inventory and help scale our innovative, high-performing ad solutions across native, video, and programmatic channels.

Responsibilities
As a Digital Advertising Manager at Forest, your key responsibilities include:
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of clients, ensuring that all of our digital advertising inventory is effectively sold by the team.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners, positioning Forest as their trusted, go-to contact in the industry.
- Take ownership of our digital ad inventory, managing both direct-to-client sales and agency partnerships to maximise revenue and ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics to identify trends, report results, and make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign success continuously.
- Develop and optimise native advertising and video ad placements to deliver outstanding performance and engagement.
- Manage and mentor the Digital Advertising Executives, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their tasks.
- Report directly to the VP of Sales and collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, to create innovative ad opportunities and ensure smooth integration of advertising solutions.
Role Requirements
You might be a great fit if:
- You have 4-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on expertise with publishing platforms, working with Google Ad Manager (GAM), or similar ad servers.
- You bring valuable industry connections and know how to build, maintain, and grow relationships with agencies and advertisers.
- You have a proven track record in native ads, video ad placements, and a solid understanding of how these formats create value for brands and users.
- You’re highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while mentoring team members to deliver exceptional results.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills, confidently engaging with clients and stakeholders to provide tailored advertising solutions.
- You’re analytical and detail-oriented, leveraging data insights to inform decisions and drive ongoing campaign optimisation.
- You are a natural leader, confidently guiding and inspiring a team to execute successful ad strategies, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high performance in a fast-paced environment.
