Part-Time Campaign Manager (1 day a week or 8 hours spread across the week)

My client, a trade association, is looking for a part-time Campaign Manager to lead a campaign supporting small business owners (approx. 650) to lobby their local MPs for support in reducing their taxes and aligning with their neighbours on the high street.

Main Responsibilities

• Engage with business owners and encourage them to write letters to their MP.
• Grassroots campaigning.
• Focus on the 6 pillars of the public affairs strategy – EDI, apprenticeships, female entrepreneurs, and 3 other pillars.
• Manager-level experience to run the campaign and be self-sufficient.
• UK-wide scope.
• Understand the cause.
• Create a traffic light system to grade member engagement.

Person Specification

• An experienced campaign manager with a track record in running successful grassroots campaigns.
• Self-sufficient.
• Excellent writing skills.
