Location: Sheffield, Dorchester, Bristol

Are you an experienced Project Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced and innovative environment? We are seeking a driven and highly skilled individual to lead and manage the delivery of complex automation projects. This is a fantastic chance to join a well-established and forward-thinking company working at the cutting edge of industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead project teams to ensure successful project delivery within budget, on time, and to the expected quality standards.
  2. Prepare, maintain, and present project documentation in line with project management processes.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance project efficiency and resource management.
  4. Act as an ambassador for the project team, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and manage technical milestones and deliverables to maintain project momentum.
  6. Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Organise and participate in project meetings, both internally and with key stakeholders.
  8. Deputise for senior project leadership as required.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Minimum of three years' experience in project management or project engineering.
  2. Qualification in project management or equivalent experience.
  3. Degree in an engineering-related discipline.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  5. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  7. Willingness to travel when required.
