The Head Chef of a recently refurbished, luxury multi outlet spa hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade. The restaurant at the hotel offers a menu with a wide choice of dishes that change with the seasons with classic recipes given modern interpretations prepared using locally grown produce wherever possible. Requirements:
A Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie looking for progression who has been working in Hotel kitchens where you were preparing fresh ingredients to create dishes to a high standard ideally to 1AA rosette level. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment is essential for this role. This role will suit a chef who is ambitious, flexible and has good all round skills on each section of the kitchen.
