Lead Recruitment Consultant | Engineering & Operational | Let's Connect!

I am currently looking for someone to take up a role of Health & Safety Manager for our client based in London.

Must have experience with CDM Regulation on UK Projects.

You will be setting up processes/procedures for HSE for project delivery from start to end.

What’s in it for you?

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Pension + Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for HSE matters across projects.
  2. Must have experience in pre-feed/feed/deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with UK laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  4. Conduct reviews, audits, inspections, and risk assessments to promote HSE excellence.
  5. Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
  6. Support project teams in integrating HSE into all phases, including engineering, construction, and commissioning.
  7. Assess supplier and subcontractor HSE performance during prequalification and execution.
  8. Drive HSE culture through training, performance monitoring, and promoting initiatives.
  9. Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Must have experience with CDM Regulation.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  3. Experience with EPC and major engineering companies.
  4. Involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
