We are looking for a PA to provide person‑centred support to an autistic adult, enabling her to live independently, access the community, maintain her home, and engage in meaningful voluntary opportunities. The PA will work in a respectful, flexible, and supportive manner, promoting independence, choice, and wellbeing.

Hourly Rate: £13.00

Micro Provider & Self Employed PA's Rate of Pay (£/per hour): £15.60

Hours Per Week: 9

How will the hours be used: 3 hours a day - flexible on days.

Employer requires transport?: Yes

• Support the employer to access community activities and local services
• Accompany her to appointments, groups, or activities as required
• Encourage confidence and independence when out in the community
• Support with planning journeys and activities

• Provide practical support to help maintain a safe, clean, and organised home environment
• Support with household tasks alongside the employer (not instead of her), as appropriate
• Encourage routine and structure where helpful

• Support the employer to explore, access, and maintain voluntary roles
• Assist with planning, preparation, and attendance related to volunteering
• Provide encouragement and reassurance in new or unfamiliar environments

• Provide calm, patient, and consistent support tailored to the employer’s needs
• Communicate clearly and respectfully, adapting communication style as needed
• Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice at all times
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
