Software Developer - Analysis Tools & AI Integration (m/f/d) – Höhenkirchen near Munich, Division: Field Systems.

We are seeking a versatile Developer to join our existing analysis team. In this role, you will provide critical support to our current infrastructure while acting as our internal specialist for AI-driven workflows. You won’t just be maintaining the status quo; you’ll be the "new eyes" on the team, finding ways to inject automation—specifically through Gemini and n8n—into our existing build-tracking and data analysis pipelines.

• AI Implementation: You will support the team by identifying "low-hanging fruit" for automation, using n8n and Gemini to build agents that handle data summarization and workflow triggers.
• Modernize Workflows: Act as the bridge between traditional analysis and modern AI, suggesting and implementing new workflows that the team hasn’t explored yet.
• Traceability Expert: You will help maintain and improve the link between TFS/Jira commits and build changes, making sure the team has a clear view of "what changed and why."
• Enhance Visualization: Improve the frontend architecture to support comprehensive overviews and optimized tag queries, enabling rapid identification of specific metrics within our Big Data environment.
• Data Stewardship: Assist in the design and scaling of databases, with a specific focus on efficiently storing and querying large-scale Time-Series data.

• Collaborative Mindset: You enjoy supporting an existing team and are skilled at introducing new technologies (like AI agents) without disrupting established rhythms.
• AI Open-Minded: You are proactive about staying current with AI trends and are eager to prove how tools like Gemini can make the team’s life easier.
• Overview Oriented: You have a "big picture" mentality, always aiming to distill complex data into clean, actionable dashboard overviews.
• Technical Rigor: You understand that while AI is the future, solid SQL and Python fundamentals are the foundation of reliable analysis tools.
