At the moment we are looking for German speakers to fill several vacancies. The conditions are according to the following requirements:
Requirements
Knowledge of fluent German & English (B1/B2)
Writing speed: 25 words per minute
Starting dates: March & April
Travel expenses: paid by our client
Accommodation: our client offers the first 14 days of stay in a hotel; after this period the company will help you find accommodation according to your expectations
Initial contract: 6/12 months, renewable
Health coverage: Greek Social Security Foundation (IKA) plus private health care for all employees
Working hours in shifts, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week = 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
Respond and record consumer enquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy
Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately
Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
Relocation package (for candidates coming from abroad)
Booking and paying for your travel tickets and a taxi to transfer you from the airport to the hotel
Up to two weeks’ accommodation in a hotel close to our premises provided by the company
Assistance in finding an apartment to stay either alone or share one with a colleague
The company also offers Greek lessons, a free Real Estate Agency fee and other benefits
