Job summary
A leading tech company in Germany is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with expertise in Contentful, React, and Next.js. The successful candidate will not only develop user interfaces but also coach team members in AI-assisted development practices. Strong problem-solving skills and autonomy are essential. Occasional travel to Helsinki for client meetings is required, which will be covered by the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your skills while mentoring others.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Proficiency in Contentful, React, and Next.js.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
- Coach and mentor team members on AI-assisted development practices.
- Collaborate with the client's team to improve overall performance.

- Proven experience in modern frontend technologies (e.g., Contentful + React + Next.js).
- Experience with headless CMS, specifically Contentful, is required.

- This is the key differentiator. We don't just need someone who uses AI tools (like GitHub Copilot), but someone who can actively coach, mentor, and guide other developers on the client's team.
- The ideal candidate should be able to evangelize best practices for AI-assisted development and help uplift the entire team's skills in this area.
