The Fund for Public Health in New York City (FPHNYC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to the advancement of the health and well-being of all New Yorkers. To this end, in partnership with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), FPHNYC incubates innovative public health initiatives implemented by DOHMH to advance community health throughout the city.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s (DOHMH) Division of Information Technology and Bureau of Early Intervention (BEI) are seeking a qualified .Net Developer to help create a new interface for management of EI referrals originating at the point of care at NYC outpatient sites in support of its EHR-Based Referral Project (EHR-EI).
This position will be housed within DOHMH’s Division of Information Technology (DIT). The qualified .Net Developer will help create a new interface for management of EI referrals originating at the point of care at NYC outpatient sites. This interface will be developed in collaboration with Health + Hospitals and aims to expedite enrollments in the Early Intervention program as well as render up-to-date reports of referral status and child progress to the referring pediatric physicians. This is a grant-funded position through June 30, 2025.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The developer will work onsite with DOHMH staff to properly capture issues and assist with resolution. The developer will ensure proper follow-up occurs and that all issues are resolved within an estimated timeframe. In addition, the developer will:

QUALIFICATIONS
SALARY
Salary range is $90,000 - $115,000.
