The Leadership Development Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate programs that build leadership capability, strengthen organizational culture, and enable leaders to drive business performance. This role blends strategic advisory work with hands‑on facilitation and coaching, requiring expertise in leadership frameworks, adult learning, and change management.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.
