This position is based in either Calgary, Alberta or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and reports to the Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Applications - PPM.
What you will do :
- Act as the lead technical analyst / architect in the sustainment of our Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management tool (Planisware) and holistic solution.
- Provide configuration, development, and report-building services within the Planisware toolset.
- Support the evolution of the PPM space with AI enablement and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Architect, support, and enhance integrations between Planisware and peripheral systems (SAP, Oracle, SAP HANA, Webmethods, etc.)
- Appropriately document application or integration changes.
- Provide backup to our lead Functional Analyst to ensure ticket prioritization and resolution.
- Partner with our Nitrogen, Phosphate, Potash, Corporate, and Retail business units to provide technical and basic functional support with a particular focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Lead frequent connects with other members of the sustainment organization and supporting members, driving forward technical initiatives such as performance enhancement, data validation, and configuration alignment between ongoing Program tracks.
- Certify as a Planisware Administrator, if not already certified.
What you will bring :
- 6+ years of experience working in an IT organization, with a coding and architecture background.
- Accredited degree in Computer Science or similar. A combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in a large corporate environment, preferably in cross-functional areas.
- Finance and Project & Portfolio Management experience is considered an asset.
- Planisware experience is considered an asset but not required (training will be provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cloud environments and associated technologies.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
