A boutique accountancy firm is seeking a Personal Tax Senior/Manager who will focus on delivering high-quality tax work without managing a team. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of around 200 clients, including high-net-worth individuals and sole traders, while handling various tax compliance and advisory tasks. With a salary of up to £85,000, the position offers hybrid working for genuine flexibility and a supportive environment to make an impact.

💥 Personal Tax Senior and / or Manager – Boutique Firm | Berkshire | Up to £85,000 💥
I'm working with a fantastic boutique accountancy firm in Berkshire who are looking for a Personal Tax Senior and / or Manager to join their team.
- No people management – focus purely on delivering high-quality tax work and building great client relationships
- Manage a portfolio of around 200 clients – HNWIs, sole traders, entrepreneurs, and rental property owners
- Involvement in CGT, P11Ds, tax codes, and pensions – a mix of compliance and light advisory
- Hybrid working for genuine flexibility
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Salary up to £85,000
- Ideally ATT qualified (CTA desirable)
