Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in building operations, especially with HVAC and boilers.
  • Experience in a medical devices or governed industry is an asset.
  • Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Perform and document maintenance tasks for facilities systems.
  • Respond to building alarms and troubleshoot issues.
  • Interact professionally with internal customers.
