Transportation Manager – New Business

This is a hybrid role you must be located in São Paulo.

What the day will look like

• Develop and implement New Business strategies for the transportation sector.
• Conduct visits to prospects throughout Brazil to identify and capture new business opportunities.
• Place risk in the insurance market.
• Lead and mitigate risks associated with the transportation sector.
• Operate with facultative reinsurance, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Apply Aon United behaviours in all interactions and negotiations.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
• Knowledge and experience working in new business strategies for the transportation sector
• Strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
