Team Overview
The main function of our sales team is to develop and expand our key account portfolio, ensuring they perform well on the 99 platform. Through excellent customer service and a consultative approach, the sales executive should establish and maintain successful, long-term business relationships with the partners.
Role Responsibilities
- The main point of contact for key partners, ensuring close and continuous communication to drive strategic insights, address their needs, and develop action plans for growth and an enhanced user experience.
- Analyzing data and developing a deep understanding of market dynamics and behavior to design, plan, and implement commercial strategies aimed at increasing engagement and market share.
- Building and fostering long-term relationships based on trust, with a win-win mindset to ensure sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in account management and consultative sales (seniority will be assessed throughout the selection process).
- Ability and flexibility to adapt and learn while working in a fast-paced startup environment with constant change and challenging goals.
- Interpersonal skills: Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and maintain constructive, assertive, collaborative, and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients in multinational organizations.
- Analytical skills: Ability to diagnose, understand market trends, and implement action plans.
- Sense of urgency and motivation to achieve objectives while analyzing possible scenarios.
- Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel is a plus.
