This role will be working with the Finance Systems & Design (FS&P) and Finance Supply Chain business teams focused on Procurement, Inventory, Mats y Vendor MDM Integrations and SAP required configurations to support Country Localizations for systems and solutions in SAP.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

Responsibilities:

• The role requires working with Procurement, Inventory, Mats y Vendor MDM Integrations users understanding the business requirements to implement system solutions in SAP (S4/Hana).
• It also requires support for finance teams from Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Tax to support correct invoices recorded for payment and also guarantee correct accounting postings on General Ledger (GL) and tax calculations and information for fiscal books.
• Manage with internal team knowledge to Vendor and Materials MDM information for invoices records, Inventory movements (Material ledger), Contract and Purchase Others (price procedures, including Taxes (mainly TaxBra), internal goods movements between branches and vendors goods returns configurations and Invoice issuing.
• Monitoring system to ensure correct Vendor invoices postings (Invoices recorded in MM module).
• Support running team on escalation run tickets and working on recurrent issues.
• Co-create solutions with business users, as business partners, as well to recommend and perform improvements in order to improve performance.
• Design and participate in solutions applicable in internal or other systems, like Coupa integration (considering Goods Receipts and Invoice Records).
• Apply the use of good design practices, design documentation, implementation, and time management (delivery control).

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

• Have complete higher education in Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related companies or careers, master the Spanish language and desire the Portuguese language.
• Have training at the SAP-MM Academy and desire knowledge on Brazil Localization for Supply Inbound processes including Brazil Localization to calculate Brazilian tax and invoices issuing based on MM processes. Also, inventory management is prerequisites for this role.
• Have knowledge about the implementation of Vendor Invoices postings considering Withholding Tax configurations, Purchase Others for different materials types, fixed assets, and services processes in SAP (considering S4/HANA) settings are prerequisites for this role.
• Desirable knowledge SAP system to identify issues based on transaction (like high level programs debugging) analysis to help it on Functional Specifications preparation.
• Have experience in project planning for initiatives (improvements) or projects, as well as use of tools (e.g. JIRA) for managing them.
