Key Responsibilities:

- HR Administration: Provide vital support across HR processes including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Event Coordination: Organize team-building activities, recognition events, and other initiatives that bring our people together and celebrate success.
- Health & Wellbeing: Contribute to promoting a healthy work-life balance and well-being initiatives, ensuring that our people feel supported both professionally and personally.
- Learning & Development: Support the coordination of training initiatives.
What We're Looking For:

- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings but is also self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Previous experience in an HR or People & Culture role is preferred, ideally within a technical or engineering environment, but we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- A working knowledge of HR systems and processes, with a keen interest in best practices for talent management and employee engagement.
- A solution-focused mindset and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
