• Supervise and manage site activities related to roads, pavements, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, surveyors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress, quality and productivity on site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local authority requirements (e.g., RTA, DM, DEWA, NOC conditions).
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to infrastructure works.
• Ensure proper setting out and surveying works are carried out accurately.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems, and clashes promptly.
• Prepare daily reports, progress reports, and as-built records.
• Ensure implementation of HSE requirements and safe work practices at all times.
• Assist in coordination of inspections, testing, and approvals from consultants and authorities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Driver's License
• Familiar with UAE standards and authority regulations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of road works, drainage systems, utilities, and earthworks.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities.
