Senior Accountant jobs in Indonesia

We are looking for an experienced Senior General Accountant who will manage our company's accounting system and take extra operational responsibilities. He/she will be responsible for HR, payroll, logistics, and assisting the General Manager in daily operations. This is a key role, ensuring financial accuracy and policy compliance while keeping the team motivated and ensuring smooth running operations of the company.

1. Accounting & Financial Management:
   • Manage the company's accounting system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
   • Manage books of Invoices, Procurement, General Ledger, P&L-monthly and yearly, and Cash Flow.
   • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for management review.
   • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately with timely reporting.
   • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
   • Ensure proper adherence to UAE VAT and tax regulations.
2. HR & Payroll Management:
   • Handle payroll processing, employee benefits, and leave management.
   • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and evaluating employee performance.
   • Implement and maintain HR policies to ensure labor law compliance.
   • Promote a positive working environment and motivate the team.
3. Operational & Logistics Management:
   • Oversee procurement and inventory control to ensure smooth business operations.
   • Manage office administration and support the General Manager in strategic planning.
   • Ensure that company policies and procedures are documented and implemented.
   • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders when required.

1. Must have a UAE driving license.
2. Must have UAE experience.
3. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
4. Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management.
5. Practical experience with the Tally ERP system is needed.
6. Deep knowledge of accounting principles, UAE VAT, and tax laws, and preparation of financial statements.
7. Experience related to HR, payroll, and office administration will be an added advantage.
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
9. Excellent leadership and communication qualities.
10. Ability to multitask with multiple responsibilities and challenges in the workplace.
