Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliation, Budgeting, Forecasting, Finance, and Accounting Software (Tally). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is essential for financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage vendor accounts, perform reconciliations, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Monitor receivables, follow up on outstanding balances, and ensure timely collections.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial trends, variances, and provide insights for cost control.
• Support management with financial modeling and strategic planning.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Utilize Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP in Excel to analyze financial data and generate insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Accounting Software & Compliance:

• Record transactions in Tally and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, AP/AR, and financial reporting.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas).
• Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting practices.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3+ years of core experience in Accounting and Finance
• Candidate should speak Hindi and English mandatory.
