The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all payroll-related activities across all entities within the organization. This includes the end-to-end monthly payroll process, reimbursements, ad-hoc payments, and final settlements. The role also ensures accurate payroll costing, reconciliation of payroll balances and provisions, and full compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
