Job summary
A healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse with home care experience. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing support and ensure high-quality patient care in a home setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications. The position requires at least 3 years of experience in home care nursing and a valid NA license. Excellent communication and compassionate care are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care nursing.
- Valid NA license.
- Strong understanding of home care practices and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
- Provide wound care and other medical procedures under supervision.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
