The Consultant / Specialist Oral and Dental Surgeon will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex oral health issues while performing advanced surgical procedures. This position requires a commitment to excellence, patient-centered care, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Perform in-depth assessments and diagnostics for patients with various oral and dental conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may include surgical interventions
- Execute various surgical procedures, including but not limited to extractions, dental implants, and major reconstructive surgeries
- Oversee post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and optimal recovery outcomesEducate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-operative care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in oral and dental surgery techniques and technologies
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), with specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
- Active dental license to practice in the jurisdiction required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in oral and dental surgery
- In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures and oral health management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions quickly
- Commitment to continuous education and professional growth in the field
