We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Multimedia Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia design encompassing graphic design video production animation and packaging design. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to create engaging content that aligns with our brands and effectively communicates our messages.

• Conceptualize and design innovative visual content across various platforms including digital social media print and video.
• Produce high‑quality graphics animations and videos from initial ideation to final execution.
• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
• Collaborate with marketing content and product teams to develop multimedia solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance design capabilities and output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers supporting their professional development.

• Bachelors degree in graphic design Multimedia Arts or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multimedia design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia projects and design solutions.
• Excellent communication collaboration and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced deadline‑driven environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to justify your conceptional and directional design choices.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Strong collaboration and interdependence skills both within design and multi‑functional partners.
• Experience collaborating across geographies and organizational boundaries is a plus.
• Outstanding listening skills with a view to understanding and anticipating the needs.
• Outstanding project management skills ability to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence. Proven field outstanding time management skills ability to set priorities and be accountable from concept to final design delivery.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible to evolving responsibilities in a fast growing company

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Any additional language is an asset (Arabic French Spanish Portuguese and Hindi)
