Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced mortgage loan officer to join our team. You’ll work closely with our clients and find the best mortgage loans for them. You’ll estimate creditworthiness by combining information from client interviews and financial documents. Submitting applications and reporting on their progress will also be part of your mortgage loan officer duties.

To succeed in this role, it’s important to be client-oriented and have strong analytical skills. If you’re also reliable, honest and possess good judgment, we’d like to meet you.

1. Collect financial information (e.g. taxes, debts)
2. Evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining a mortgage loan
3. Interview clients
4. Guide clients through mortgage loan options
5. Prepare and submit mortgage loan applications
6. Ensure data are in line with national and local financial rules
7. Monitor and report on application processes
8. Inform clients about loan approval or rejection
9. Help resolve problems with applications
10. Research new mortgage loan policies
11. Ensure compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies throughout the process
12. Build a supportive referral network (e.g. with clients, lenders, real estate agents)

1. Experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a similar role
2. Previous experience in sales or customer support is an asset
3. Ability to handle confidential information
4. Great mathematical and analytical skills
5. Attention to detail
6. Reliability and honesty

SALARY BASED ON COMMISSION

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
