Alfa Laval India is looking for a passionate Sales Manager for the Separation (High speed and Decanter Centrifuge) Capital Sales Business of the Food and Water Division in the Middle East & Africa Based at Dubai .

As a BU Manager you are Responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy for the designated area of responsibility of Alfa Laval Products and Services in accordance with the assigned targets and local sales company/divisional strategy and targets.

Responsible for leading developing and securing a highperforming sales team in line with the Alfa Laval culture. Need to be People Managers.

• Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to Central and Local Division Strategy plan and targets
• Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the customer Loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis Pricing Visits Seminars.
• Forecasts Sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance.
• Work proactive and structured with the sales and business development to optimize the sales efficiency of the team
• Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan and the sales process with the special focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote subprocess.
• Develop motivate and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant sales and product/application competencies.
• Identify and Nurture Talent
• Work with Regional Teams

Experience: We are looking for 15 years of experience out of which 5 years at senior position handling business with P/L responsibility. Experience in handling Highspeed separator and decanter applications in Food and water products and applications.

Education: Mechanical or chemical engineering. Postgraduate in Business administration will be an added advantage. Gogetter Curious mind dreamer and Strategic mindset team leader are some of the qualities.

The position is based in Dubai.
