About the Team
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is the driving force behind TikToks revenue growth. As we continue to expand our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in attracting engaging and retaining the top talent essential for our ongoing success.
The GBS Talent Acquisition team operates on a global scale partnering with all teams responsible for revenue generation across TikTok. We specialize in hiring sales professionals operational experts datadriven analysts and strategists with deep industry knowledge. Our team is instrumental in the GBS organizations growth leveraging strategic internal and external partnerships to build stronger highperforming teams.
To foster collaboration and strengthen crossfunctional partnerships our organization currently follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work in the office 4 days a week or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model and specific requirements may evolve.
