Roles and Responsibilities

Supplier Relationship Management

Assist in maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Coordinate communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Market Research

Conduct research to identify market trends and supplier capabilities.

Support efforts to expand the supplier base and improve procurement efficiency.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

Assist in auditing procurement processes to identify areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve procurement objectives.

Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process enhancement.

Professional Development

Engage in training and development activities as part of the Fresh Graduate Program.
