We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Manager who is also passionate about travel and storytelling for one of the resorts in Al Ain. This dual-role position combines strategic marketing management with engaging travel blogging, allowing you to promote our brand while sharing exciting travel experiences.

Marketing Management:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our travel services and brand.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
3. Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
4. Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
5. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
6. Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and travel agencies to enhance brand visibility.

Travel Blogging:

1. Create captivating blog posts that share personal travel experiences, tips, and destination highlights.
2. Develop engaging content for social media platforms including photos, videos, and stories that inspire our audience to travel.
3. Attend travel events, trade shows, and press trips to gather content and network within the industry.
4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and inquiries, fostering a community around travel and exploration.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align blogging content with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven 3 years experience in marketing, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
3. Strong writing skills with a flair for storytelling and creating engaging content.
4. Familiarity with SEO best practices and social media marketing.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Passion for travel and exploring new cultures with the ability to convey experiences authentically.
7. Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
