Position: Digital Marketing Sr. Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Attractive package (negotiable based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies – Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic, leads, and bookings.
  2. Social Media Management – Oversee and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter) to increase engagement and followers.
  3. SEO & SEM Optimization – Improve website ranking through SEO strategies and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
  4. Content Marketing – Plan, create, and distribute engaging content (blogs, videos, email campaigns) to attract and retain customers.
  5. Website Management – Maintain and optimize the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, updated, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  6. Email Marketing & CRM – Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, manage customer databases, and improve retention strategies.
  7. Analytics & Reporting – Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tracking software.
  8. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing – Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and partners to promote the company’s services.
  9. Online Reputation Management – Monitor reviews, respond to customer inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation on TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, and other platforms.
  10. Stay Updated on Industry Trends – Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in the travel and tourism sector.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel/tourism industry

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, and email marketing

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and content marketing

Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills
