Job description

Our client is looking for a Travel / Holiday Consultant to be based in Dubai, UAE.

In this role, you will be maximizing holiday bookings by utilizing in-depth destination knowledge and strong communication skills. work directly with Business Travel clients to understand their travel needs, recommend personalized itineraries, and ensure that their booking experience is smooth and hassle-free.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling customized holiday packages to clients, ensuring that every itinerary meets their specific needs and preferences. You will manage the entire booking cycle, from initial consultation to final booking, working closely with vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals for customers. This role also involves supporting both the sales and product teams to drive bookings and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Understand clients’ needs and preferences to propose personalized holiday itineraries and destinations.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on new products, promotions, and holiday packages.
  • Work closely with the product and operations teams to ensure that holiday bookings are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure timely follow-up for bookings and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive deals for clients.
  • Market and sell a variety of holiday and specialized tour packages.
  • Monitoring daily coupon reporting.
  • Co-ordinating with sales consultant regarding coupon reporting, to bill it on time.
  • Assists in smooth accounting operations.
  • Liaise with other departments & finance staff by coordinating and answering queries.
  • Ensure the billing & receipts are made on daily basis.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong knowledge of holiday destinations and travel options.
  • Exceptional sales and communication skills.
  • Experience working with vendors and suppliers to support sales efforts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and bookings.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service
  • Proven sales ability and experience in the travel industry.
  • Ability to work effectively with both clients and vendors.
