Executive Chef in Khawr Fakkan, UAE. We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be charged with overseeing the kitchen staff, managing the food preparation and food safety processes, and creating delicious meals that adhere to the company’s standards.

• Oversee kitchen staff and operations to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
• Manage food preparation, cooking processes, and presentation according to company standards.
• Develop and implement menu concepts and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines; monitor HACCP where applicable.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen setting.
• Extensive knowledge in cuisine preparation techniques and kitchen management protocols.
• Creative thinking abilities to come up with new menu options.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality control at all times.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team of cooks.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
