This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with a proven track record in business development, client management, and executive talent acquisition within Real Estate and Investment sectors.

• Client Origination & Relationship Management - Build and expand partnerships with leading Real Estate and Investment partners across the region.
• Market Intelligence & Headhunting - Identify and engage top-tier front-office professionals.
• Business Development - Proactively secure new business and establish a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Candidate Advisory - Guide senior professionals through the hiring process, providing strategic career insights.
• End-to-End Recruitment - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment, in one or more of the following areas:
• Real Estate
• Investment Banking
• Global Markets
• Corporate Banking
• Private Banking & Wealth Management
• Asset Management
• Treasury & Capital Markets
• Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
• Deep market expertise in front-office hiring trends across the GCC and broader financial sector.
• Established network of senior professionals and key decision-makers in financial services.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
